Homeless Voices
Through this community project I partnered with the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and prevention to provide 7 zine-making workshops with 58 individuals experiencing homelessness. Participants created zines as a way to share their own experience with others through a subsequent art show and community conversation.
Community Innovation Lab
The Community Innovation Lab connected individuals across multiple sectors to develop capacities for adaptive change. During this 18 month process, I worked with an artist team to design and facilitate arts-based practices to help participants consider how their personal stories relate to the lab’s focus on inclusive economies and to develop new strategies to impact change.
House Life Project
In addition to creating the site-specific, collaborative installation, Told-Retold, my work with the House Life Project also included co-planning and co-facilitating a conversation about neighborhood change.
